Moldovan Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii held a working meeting with the United States Ambassador Derek Hogan. The parties discussed the socio-political situation in the country, as well as topical issues on the agenda of bilateral relations.

The Speaker of the Parliament and the American diplomat noted a special importance of continuing justice reform in accordance with international standards and emphasized openness for the cooperation development.

“During the conversation, I confirmed determination of the authorities to continue reforms in the Republic of Moldova. The new government intends to implement the projects launched in a limited time.

All obligations to external partners will be met. Cooperation with the ACUM bloc regarding projects beneficial to society will continue,” said Zinaida Grechanii.
