The Constitutional Court recognized the mandates of three deputies

The Constitutional Court recognized the mandates of three reserve candidates from the lists of PDM, the ACUM bloc and the Shor party.

At the first meeting of the new constitutional court, two appeals of the Central Election Commission on recognition of deputy mandates were considered. The judges of the Constitutional Court recognized the mandates of the reserve candidates: Ruxanda Glavan from the list of the Democratic Party, Sergey Cataranchuk from the list of the ACUM election bloc and Igor Khimich from the list of the Shor party.

The seats were vacated after the legislative body took note on July 26 of the resignation of the PDM deputy Otilia Dragutanu, the deputy from the ACUM election bloc Liliana Nikolaescu Onofrei and the deputy from the Shor party, Maria Albot, moldpres.md writes.
