Alexander Odintsov: Experts do not have a unanimous opinion about the fate of a house on Moskovsky Avenue
“We do not know what to do with this building. A commission worked yesterday, veterans of construction were brought there, and heads of yet Soviet construction trusts, for example, the director of Monolith. According to my information, opinions diverged. Half of the experts think that the building is not suitable for use and must be disassembled. Half said that, in principle, it was possible to recover it,” Odintsov noted on the air of Sputnik radio station.
“It is necessary to conduct an ultrasound examination, it is necessary to check the connection of the plates - it remains the same or was broken. We must do a laser examination, look at how many degrees the walls have deviated. According to experts, if there is no vertical deformation, then the building is to be restored,” the municipal councilor from the Party of Socialists faction said.
