Moldovan citizens about the state language, NATO joining and uniting with Romania
According to the data provided by the Public Opinion Foundation commissioned by the Consulting Company Poliexpert, released on Tuesday in Chisinau 76% of respondents believe that the Moldovan language should be called the state language.
Only 23% of respondents believe that this is Romanian. Another 1% does not know.
65% believe that cooperation with NATO is meaningless, 21% support it, another 8% are undecided, and 6% did not want to answer the question or would not participate in the plebiscite.
70% of the population exclude association with Romania, 3% of respondents - could not answer this question and another 4% will not participate in the referendum.
